When you write a new article, you simply link to another article on your site (it has to be relevant to what you're saying). That's the idea of internal linking,

I didn't see the lesson so I am not quite sure if this will help OR is even what you are asking, so don't take anything personal if I say something that you alrerady know. If you are simply asking how to link to other pages or posts within your website, then you just highlight what test you wish to use for your link and when the popup box appears you should see towards the bottom of the box a list of all the pages and post content written there. Just click on the item you want the highlighted text to link to and click done or insert , whatever it says at the bottom when your're finished. I don't recall right this minute , sorry. Thanks Alex :) The best thing is to install the "All In One SEO" WordPress plugin and set it up. If you follow the setting up process, the plugin will ask you for your Google Analytics property ID and then you go and set everything I mentioned at the same time. Plus, you connect the Google Analytics property and Webmaster Tools site together. Also, that very same plugin has an option you should check to make your site Google Site Links friendly. :)
