There is no such thing as a stupid question. There are however questions that preform far better than others.

Are you asking the right questions?

Here are some guidelines on what makes a question, great.

  1. Headline / Title - This has to match your request. Be specific! Using "I need help" as a headline gives no clue as to what the Question is about. It's like asking "how long is a piece of string". There is no answer for that.
  2. Be specific - This helps speed up the process. Nothing worse than having to try and guess what a problem is. I recommend you put some effort in when asking your questions. You get out what you put in!
  3. Terminology - The words you use determine the path. Try to make sure you are using the correct terminology. If you are unsure make sure you add this to your question. This will give the helper an idea of your current skill level so they can adjust their answer to suit your individual requirements.
  4. Photos - If you can provide a screenshot of your problem it can help speed things up. Sometimes seeing is believing. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/screensho...

Pretty short list for a successful question!

In the next section I will share with you the best possible places and the reasons behind them, to ask your "perfect question".

A good recapitulation of questioning here Beau, In most (abt 80%) instances the knowledge base behind the white header bar will provide answers.
