How can i find free images on google?

When you search on google images, google will show you all related images, both free of copyrights and not. So it is very hard to tell if an image is free to use, unless you go on the website that provides this image, and search their privacy policies and/or ask the owner/author. But google does provide you a way to just search free to use images. In this page i am going to show you how to do this.

First things first, Search whatever you would like to find (i searched Free images). Once you searched for your image, under the search bar there will a couple tabs, one being Search tools, click on this. See image below

Once you click on Search tools a subsection will come up with acouple of tabs, one being Usage rights with a drop down menu. In the drop down menu you will see different search filters, The two you would want are: Labeled for reuse and Labeled for reuse with modification. Click on either one you would like. See image below.

Labeled for reuse with modification means you can use it, no fee's or copyrights, but you need to modify the image in some way or another. Labeled for reuse means that you can use the image, without no fee's no modification, no attributions.

Once you click on what filter you would like to use, google will re-load your search using that filter. To make sure that you are using this filter check the tab where it once said usage rights, it should now say the filter you chose to use. see image below

If you this helped you, give it a like. If you have further questions or would like to leave some feedback, i would love to hear from you, please leave a comment below! Thank you in advance!
