Step 2 - Save Pins to Your Own Board(s)

This is the most fun step.

Now you get to go into Pinterest and find pins that interest you and add them to your own board.

This is an important step!

Why?

Because this is what adds your branding to the pin when you embed it to your website. (The original pinner's branding is also included.)

Here's an example from a pin that I saved and embedded into a blog post:

You can see that the original pinner's branding is on the pin, but mine (PickPlants) is also there too. And it shows which board I saved this pin to, "Plant Based Sandwiches with Avocado).

You can either create a new board for your topic of choice, or just pin them to boards you already have set up. It doesn't really matter.

Thanks Christina, I will definitely put this to use... there are tons of Pins that are usable and it doesn't matter what niche either...they are all there... at least there is a pin for every niche.

I noticed. I have an account with them and just haven’t taken the time to do a lot with it. I plan to get more into it in the next couple of weeks. I will definitely put your training to use then.

Thanks Christina. You read my mind. I am budgeting time after this January busy season slows down and 2 hours a day going to Pinterest training for me. Bookmarked for sure. Have a great rest of the weekend.
