In this training I am going to walk you through the process of embedding any video from YouTube directly into your website. I also am going to spend a bit of time discussing when and where to integrate the videos, and whether it is appropriate to embed other publishers videos into your website.
People can have the tendency to go "video heavy" with their website when they learn they can embed any video they like, and I want you to be careful about this. Too much use of video in a site can lead to traffic leak and create lower conversions as it can serve as a distraction if it is not done correctly.

I'm not so sure about the commissions part of it but building relationships with others within your niche can always be a good thing, especially other website owners. You can offer to host them as a guest author on your site and vice versa or create backlinks for each other.
If nothing else, it can't hurt to simply give them a heads up that you intend to share their content on your site.
