But I also want to show you how to leverage a negative comment, by trying to encourage a conversation with the visitor that left that comment, which could potentially attract the attention of other viewers. And as we all know, the more visitors we get to our websites, the higher our SEO ranking will get!

I like the idea of handling negative comments professionally.
It shows people, that you're not hyping, or dressing things up to look good..
..but rather down to earth, addressing the problem at hand directly & providing genuine help for customer
