I am at the point where I'm reviewing my plugins and ensuring I don't have too many of them slowing down my site.
As part of this, I've been digging around how to add in the Amazon product grids without having to use the plugin. I've figured out how to do it through the Amazon Affiliates website, and it looks AMAZING, so I wanted to share this simple process.
1. CREATE AN ACCOUNT OR LOGIN - If you haven't already, you will need to sign up for your Amazon Associates affiliate account. Otherwise, the first step would be to login to that account at https://affiliate-program.amaz...
2. SELECT PRODUCT LINKING - Go to the Product Linking drop down at the top.
3. GO TO NATIVE SHOPPING ADS - Select this from the drop down, which will take you here:
4. FIND "CUSTOM ADS" - Select the tab on the far right, just below the video at the top of the page.
5. CLICK "CREATE CUSTOM ADS" - There will be a link at the bottom of the Custom Ads section.
This will take you to the platform to create your product grid. Now we're ready to learn about adding products to our custom ad.

If you are referring to the cookies for an Amazon affiliate purchase, the terms state that they last up to 24-hours, or until the customer has finished that single click-through session with a purchase.
If a customer adds your item to their cart in the same session, you can get a commission if they check out with that item within 89 days.
