I would contact site support in the first instance and check in with them about the site being deceptive.
I'm guessing you shifted it from a siterubix domain? If so it may just be a matter of time while things are setting up.

I have also seen it as custom banners in relation to your niche that says, if you would like so and so niche blog that makes $100 or $1000 or more every month, and fund your blog, click here for free training.
You can customize however suits your blog and test what works and what doesn't.
I would gladly promote Wealthy Affiliate, however, I'm too new to the business to really recommend it to anyone else. I feel like I have to get my business up and running with a few commissions under my belt before I can tell people I'm successful in this endeavor.
