This video will teach you how to create a logo on a transparent background. You'll also learn how to apply drop shadow to your text as well as a beveled affect.

One thing should be noted and that is that this training is meant only for images with a white background.

Any other images with colored background needs to go through a bit more intensive editing to bring it to a point of transparency (a whole other lesson)!

Thank you for watching... sure do appreciate your 'likes'!

Great tutorial, Randy. I do notice that my Gimp does not have the Script-Fu.

Thank you Erick. When ya' think about it, this is all some guy or gal is doing at Fiverr for your cash! I'm kind of a cheapo like just doing it myself...(-;

Ya' know.... we could probably start up a gig at Fiverr ourselves, ey...LOL!!!

You're welcome Wendy. And you are so right... it was frustrating tracking it down and figuring out how to do something so simple. I spent hours on GIMP and YouTube tracking this little bugger down... LOL! Reckon I'm not the sharpest knife in the 'ol kitchen drawer...(-;

Hope all is great with ya' Wendy!
