People tend to make the process of building a business online more complex than it needs to be. In this video I am going to break down the process of creating a business, explaining the 4 components that are required.

These steps are:

(1) Building a niche website
(2) Create helpful, relevant content
(3) Get Rankings & Traffic
(4) Make Money (many ways you can do this)

Notice that the "make money" part comes in the 4th step. This is because before you can generate revenue, you first need PEOPLE to sell it to. The 3 steps are required before that and Level 2 of the training covers how to get ranked and get substantial amounts of traffic within any niche.

I'm doing everything I can do according to the four steps. I'm trying to ad new content everday that is fun and informative. I've added my first affiliate. Now I'm just restlessly waiting for traffic. I keep telling myself if you build it they will come. So I'm being patient and anxious to learn how I can sell my own product online. Thanks, Kyle, for your wonderful lessons. I will be a success.

Patience is definitely something you must have if you wish to succeed in an online business because it can take months before you make you first sale. Like every new business just starting out, many things need to happen before people will start to recognize you. - Just keep moving forward.

I just want to say that it does not matter if you are good at writing content already. I know I can write good content because I've been doing so for quite some time, getting good rankings in Google and many here at WA have said as much.

However I am never satisfied and neither should anyone else who feels that they already write good quality content. I always want to learn, even if it is something I already know because it can spark creativity to better myself moving forward.

Thanks for the continued knowledge and training Kyle.

Thank you for keeping the process simple. I've spent the last couple of days creating the content and researching affiliates. I have my niche in mind. Planning to build the website tomorrow then focus on traffic. Building the website with WordPress seems fairly easy - not to over-simplify building a website. Looking forward to getting this up and running.

Thank you Kyle - I am a firm believer in the K I S S principle (not the one that says keep it simple stupid) but the one that says KEEP IT SIMPLE and STRAIGHTFORWARD and your training always certainly hits the mark. No frills - straight to the point and with clarity.
As we say in this part of Ireland "Thanks a Million"

Kyle, at 52 years old, this is On the Job Training for me. I picked making money on the internet. I don't how to do it. I still have not thought up a name for my website that won't infringe on a possible affiliate contract stipulation.

I am overwhelmed by this, it's part of the CJ contract for Autozone.> (c) Promotional Methods. You represent and warrant that You will not engage in and/or facilitate spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email or otherwise fail to comply with the CAN SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law 108-187 or any successor legislation), and/or any other laws and/ or regulations that govern email marketing and/or communications. You represent and warrant that You will not engage in pop-up or pop-under advertising using any means involving third party properties and/or services (software). Pop up/unders are acceptable on a first party basis only when triggered by Your site content /site visit or by downloadable software applications for which You are the owner/operator. Pop up/unders delivered through downloadable software cannot engage in means that force clicks or perform redirects, or pop over a pay-per-click listing or natural search results. Pop up/unders must honor the CJ Publisher Code of Conduct requirements (as such requirements may be modified from time to time), including but not limited to: (i) installation requirements, (ii) enduser agreement requirements, (iii) afsrc=1 requirements, (iv) requirements prohibiting usurpation of a Transaction that might otherwise result in a Payout to another Publisher (e.g. by purposefully detecting and forcing a subsequent click-through on a link of the same Advertiser) and (v) non-interference with competing advertiser/ publisher referrals.
(d) Personally Identifiable Information of Visitors. You represent and warrant that You will not enable the Tracking Code to collect personally identifiable information of Visitors that would allow CJ to personally identify Visitors.
(e) Privacy. You must conspicuously post Your privacy policy on Your Web site and otherwise make it available to all Visitors. Your privacy policy must comply with all laws and regulations regarding the privacy of Visitor information, be commercially reasonable, and fully and accurately disclose Your collection and use of Visitor information. You must fully and accurately disclose Your use of third party technology, including CJ's tracking technology, use of cookies and options for discontinuing use of such cookies.
(f) Applicable Codes and Code Maintenance. In order for CJ to record the tracking of Visitors' Transactions resulting from clicks on Links to Advertisers promoted by You, You must include and maintain a CJ “Tracking Code” within the Advertiser's Links. All Advertiser Links and all advertisements ("Ad Content") must be in a Network Service compatible format.

Kyle, I need guidance in how to build a webpage that will fall into the guidelines of those I want to direct traffic to. I still don't understand where the content comes from.

Pokerstar, I suggest that you edit this so that you ask a question. Also click on "yes" when the box pops up. This way those in the community who have a better understanding of your situation can respond. Cindy

You will get there....just go through the lessons, and it explains where we get the content. You are reading way too much into creating a website and making money with it! Pm me with questions if need be.

What is your niche? Have you gotten to lesson 4?
