Learn How to Create An Exit Pop-up in Wordpress step-by-step.

Within this tutorial video, I am going to show you:

  • Why Exit Pop is handy
  • Installing wBounce Plugin
  • Create a sign up form in GetResponse
  • Copy & Paste a HTML code (connecting the two together)
  • The recommended Cookies expiration

*Update!

Since this training Video in Nov 2015, now almost Nov 2016 my list size has grown to 800+ Subscribers. Solely on Exit-Pop up.

A Closer Look:

Also, unfortunately Getresponse has changed the "Create New Form" section. So it is a bit challenging to get HTML code.

You might need to use Aweber instead. OR using another plugin. Thrive Content Builder is what I recommend, and you can still use Getresponse, but an integration is needed through Create Form => Plain HTML => and get your HTML code here, then insert it into the plugin of your choice.

Yes indeed. This one is used when the traffic intended to go out. It would be better to capture them with an offer. Besides, they are leaving anyway. :)

Thank you for sharing, a lot of people hate pop-ups, but I entered WA by reacting on a pop-up by filling in one ;)

You're welcome Loes!
Some pop ups come out too soon. That's probably the reason why. :P
