• Setting up a gmail account with vacation-responder
    • Of course this can be used also as meant to be...a Vacation Response! ;)
    • with this method you will have to create for each 'auto-responder' a new gmail account. If you need more responders and/or don't want to do that (which makes totally sense)In this case use one of the following 2 methods
  • Using Filters in Gmail and Canned Responses
    • Are you tired of typing always the same answers again and over again? Canned Responses are actually here to help you use standardized messages as replies
    • By creating Gmail Filters you can determine, which Canned Responses will be sent automatically to which criteria
    • with this way you can use your same gmail Account for many 'Auto-Responders'
  • Forwarding a 'Main-Domain-Email' to your Gmail Account and use Filter & Canned Responses
    • In case you prefer to use a 'Main-Domain-Email', which of course looks more professional than a Gmail-Address, use or create an email under https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/email#create-new-email-forward if your Domain is hosted here in WA (elsewhere create it with the hosting provider you use).

Make sure the email is forwarding to that Gmail-Account you want to use as an Auto-Responder (DO NOT USE POP3 or 'Send mail as' integration in your Gmail Settings, cause Canned Responses WONT WORK THIS WAY!)

Instead of telling your readers to put the keyword in the subject line, you can create a mailto: link with the subject line autofill method. Add a parameter to the email address ?subject="your keyword"

Put a mailto: link in your ad/email ad and ask they click the link to receive more info.

Using standard link formatting, add email link "mailto:name@yourdomain dot com?subject=Keyword You Selected"

PERFECT!! Great contribution!!

I wanted to research about making a Lead/Squeeze-Page like Contact form with the email being the only thing to put in and send, which I am sure you can do but after a whole day producing this tutorial (took me longer than I thought - as usual) I ran out of time & power. So I was planning on doing an edit of that tutorial.

I wish I could pin your comment at the top, to be visible for all, but instead, I will put it in the Tutorial once I will edit it!

Thanks a lot @GlenPalo
