Great share Angela!

Out of curiosity, have you had any luck with the Power Point side of the preparation using the equivalent Open Office (Google Docs, etc) free software?

Much appreciated!

I have not personally used those two programs for slideshows because PowerPoint came with my PC and I am familiar with how to use it.
I have looked at them briefly and noticed certain functions are not in the same place (as expected since they are made by different companies) but I'm sure if I played around with them, it wouldn't take long to figure them out.
Just as with using Google Sheets, it is quite similar to Excel but enough different that I have to still look for some functions to get the same result I know how to achieve in Excel.

Great stuff Angela. For anyone who can't afford Microsoft Office Apache Open Office from openoffice.org is a free office suite which includes 'Impress' which is an alternative to PowerPoint. ~Marion
