It's mainly to post your links in short form in other places. Why do you need it on your site?

I noticed that Kyle had a shortened affiliate link on his page and thought it would be a good idea to have it so its easier to get to.

Like you, I am quite new to small urls. I knew they existed from spam bots but until recently, I didn't know how to go about creating one.

The information you provided is really good and in the future I think I will be using bit.do.
