This training is part 2 of the "Attention" Series

Part 1: How do you attract attention

Part 3: The ultimate means to attract attention

Part 4: The black hole of gamification

How do you create a good advertisement?

How do you attract the attention of your visitors? And more important is WHY? Why do people react?

The battle on the internet is more intense than ever. And you have no control over what your reader focuses on. We are often distracted by spectacular messages. For example through clickbait texts. Text and flashing objects which activate people to continue reading and clicking.

But you can also attract attention in other ways.

Some things unknowingly grab our brain's attention. Large companies make grateful use of it. They know exactly how to attract and hold our attention. We are very interested in sensational information. Which news is attracting our attention and for which news are we extremely sensitive?

How should we shape our ads to grab the attention of our visitors?
