Everyone using Wordpress for their website one day needs a custom menu.
Now let's go through each step for creating your custom menu.
First thing you want to do is go to Appearance->Menus.
Once you are there you have to create your custom menu by clicking on "create a new menu".
Aaand you've made it, you just created your custom menu, but we are not quite finished yet.

You can add it this way, but if its just a link, the simplest thing is to copy the link and then, in sitemanager, highlight the part of the text where you want to put the link and then go to the add link button and paste the link in the box. Then click on the arrow in the box. The ink is there.
