How to create a form for your wordpress site.

Hey guys, check out FormGet.

FormGet is the easiest method around for building forms, such as a contact form, quick and easy.

You need to set up an account (free) and then use the easy form builder to build your form. I built a simple contact form in just a few minutes with no prior experience. Once you have the form built you need to install the plugin on your wordpress site to use it. You will see multiple options on the FormGet site to use different methods of embedding the form on your site.

Check out the Wordpress Shortcode for the simplest option to add the form to your Wordpress site.

Update: I am no longer using this as formget no longer offers a free version and they shut me down.

This was helpful. I needed a contact form in my site and havent seen training how to do it. Yours covered it! Now when they fill out the form obviously for me to get Emails to build a list right? When they fill it out and submit where does it go? Does it come to my email?

Hi Tom, glad you found this helpful. To answer your question, the formget site will track all forms submitted and notify you via email. I suggest once you create the form to then go ahead and test it yourself from your website. That way you will see 1st hand how it works and what to expect going forward.

Adding a contact form is definitely a very important part of any website and while some themes have them available, it has been an adventure in the past finding a good plugin for it.
