It's important that Wealthy Affiliate be an inclusive community. To further that end, I wanted to show people how to create captioned videos so that our hearing impaired members can better understand the video training.

While you can't create captions using the free version of Screencast-O-Matic, the pro version is only $15 for an annual subscription or $27 for a three-year subscription. I think that is very reasonable for such a great video creation tool.
