The irony of building a strong foundation is that most people rarely inspect the foundation of things. If you have ever tried to buy a home, and used a realtor to do it, I bet they never showed you the foundation of the house. You usually are shown the more visible rooms.
And yet, if the foundation of the house was insecure, the remainder of the home could be jeopardized when the rain. or wind, or a flood came. Often the "invisible" things in life are more important than the visible.
Identifying the proper niche for your online business is the foundation for your business. A niche can be defined as a “situation in which a business’s products or services can succeed by being sold to a particular kind or group of people.”
Probably most people start a business thinking what they would like to do as a first step in the process.. But, choosing a niche really involves selecting the group of people that your business will be serving as a first step. In the world of internet marketing, the desire of what a person wants to do is modified by the selection of the niche of people they will be serving.
