Engage the Audience both on Your Blog and at Social Media
To really make your blog skyrocket to the first page in Google, you must find a means of building engagement with the audience. You must find a strategy for increasing the number of comments you receive from your readers daily.
The more the number of comments you receive, the more your rankings in search engines. And the more your search engine rankings, the more the revenue you’ll earn in a lifetime. Expect to find your blog on the first page of Google within a period of 3-4 months, not the usual period of 1-2 years that it usually takes other people to rank in Google. And as you receive more comments on your blog, make sure you respond on time to boost engagement.
Never let your blog be like the dead-looking ones that never approve comments let alone responding. Once I don’t get a response on time to a comment I left on a blog, I quit from visiting that blog immediately.
Create Strong Connections with Influencers
Getting connected to the influencers doesn’t work out easily from the onset but can be achieved with time as one creates more connections with top bloggers in blog commenting, guest blogging and all of that.
You wouldn’t have to expect anything in return when you start helping and promoting top bloggers on your own blog as you know you actually need them more than they need you. So, what you’ll simply need to know is that the law of reciprocity takes its own effect with time as you continue doing this.
