Thanks for sharing this Stu! I've been searching for a way to make my video files smaller as I've been making screen recordings of digital art, or at least attempting to lol.

So, my main concern is these screen recordings end up being quite long and wasn't sure if YouTube allows only certain file sizes to be uploaded? One is huge, at 1GB since it's over 2 hours, although I'll definitely be editing it first and cutting a lot out. I was using VSDC for screen recording, but that caused a lot of lagging in the art software, which was very frustrating! Btw, any suggestions on good ones to use would be awesome!

Either way, this looks like it would be a helpful tool to use. I've never heard of Handbrake before, but it looks like it would be fairly simple to use. I'll definitely be checking this out! Thanks again for the tutorial on this!

Keep up the good work!
Best wishes :) ~Sherry

Excellent tool Stu, Thank YOU for bringing this one to my attention!

Hope you will make another training video for converting that video to a gif file.

Most certainly Trib! I got it to work on my site which I will show you guys, but I don't like how the quality came out and the fact that my readers may click on it. Not ideal. My goal was to just have the gif animate and that's it. I don't want people to actually click away from the site. It actually looks pretty cool otherwise.

By the way, check back tmw if you would like to see the conclusion to this one. It's finished but I have to wait to upload it. Cheers!
