The other reason for doing these types of tasks on a daily and weekly base is to train YOU and your mind AND to free you up for family or personal time.

SUGGESTIONS:

1. Set up a buddy system with a friend in WA where you can each hold each other accountable to complete your tasks. Not everyone is good at keeping themselves on target when they first start out.

2. Make an Action Plan for each other just one time will do it, and then check in daily via private message to encourage each other.
If you do this for at least one or two weeks, you will have already started the task of holding yourself accountable and your buddy system will slow down.

3. Find and read the Book "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olsen. This is a book that is a must read for anyone and everyone who wants to make a change in their lives. Should be listed under Personal Development in any book store or Amazon.

When you decide to get it,read at least 21 pages everyday until finished. This is a challenge I am putting out that should you accept, you will be happy you did!

I have been a fan of 'to do' lists for a long time. They force me to get things done most of the time but sometimes life does get in the way and the to do's then carry over to my next list. Thanks fot your training.
