HOW TO AVOID 'STUPID MODE'

We have all been there and it can re-appear at any given moment. It is to be avoided at any cost!! With Xmas right around the corner this is the perfect time TO IMPLEMENT THE STEPS.

What I mean by 'Stupid Mode' is when we open our computer in the morning, go thru' the mail in A haze of sleep, as if nothing is really important today.

When we sit looking at a blank page with a blank mind.

'That' day that everything just drifts on by with you doing everything else BUT what you know needs attention.

If you want to avoid the dreaded 'Stupid Mode' my suggestions are simple.

1. Make a To Do List every evening before turning your computer off. If you have sticky notes on your computer use those.

2. Your list does not have to be long. Actually staying around 10 to do's is about right. More and it is just going to end up going over to the next day.

3. Anything you do not complete you add to the top of your next day's list.

I have been a fan of 'to do' lists for a long time. They force me to get things done most of the time but sometimes life does get in the way and the to do's then carry over to my next list. Thanks fot your training.
