Open iTunes Producer and select "Book" or "Textbook" if you are publishing a textbook.

Upload your cover! Unfortunately you need to creat a seperate cover image and upload it since iTunes can not just use the first page of your book! The file must be a jpeg, png or tiff file in rgb mode. The image must also be a minimum of 1400px on its shortest side. It doesn’t matter if the cover art is landscape, portrait or square.
