Hi all, I'm a bit confused! I'm following all of the steps in the video, pasting the code into the top of my post, yet the pin it button isn't showing? Has anyone else had this issue or know how to resolve it?

Hey Sophie,

Did you make sure to copy and paste EVERY character in the code displayed ... and ... save it to EVERY page and post that you want this option to appear on your images? See screen print below...

If you miss even one character, the code will not work.

Also, I think you might find it easier to use a plugin for this.

Here is a Google search result to help you find a plugin to do this for you: http://bit.ly/2vUHNYK

Thank you for your help! I think the issue was that when I was selecting 'preview page' it wasn't showing.. yet when I typed the URL of that post into the search bar it showed! Just me being daft after all haha!

Naaah Sophie, you are a far cry from being daft. It's called a learning curve, and you are doing just fine. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for sharing! I recently created a Pinterest account so I'm not very familiar with this social network yet but I'll take this information into account, I'm more on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook lol

I started using Twitter like 3 or 4 years ago and I remember I didn't even know what was a tweet, now I'm kinda addicted but I'm not an expert lol
I think I follow you on Twitter. Do you have the app installed on your phone? It works very well! What I love the most about Twitter is the advanced search, the "pin this tweet" function and the fact that we can retweet or quote our own tweets =)

There's nothing much I like about twitter lol... I am not really into social media anyway. I love instagram and pinterest because they're all about images.. and I love photography. But reading people's status about what they had for breakfast really bores me.
I have to admit though that twitter is less annoying than facebook.
The one thing that twitter taught me was to use #'s and therefore reach a larger audience =)

The main thing I like about social media is that I can contact with people who have similar interests as me and I can search for information of topics I like, but sometimes it's quite overwhelming. I'm not into drama or gossip and there have been times that I've reached the point where I've felt the need to deactivate my accounts for some days.
I have to admit that social networks would be insipid without pictures or videos lol
Oh and what about Snapchat? Sometimes I feel I'm old-fashioned because I don't use it lmao like I don't know anyone my age who doesn't use it, but I don't find it's essential for me either.

Thanks Sarah for the training.
Will it be better if we link the picture image to our site or post URL so that when someone repins the image and press on the picture it is taken to our site post?

You don't need to link the image to your post url. When you pin an image from a post/page using the pin it button, if someone clicks on the image on Pinterest, it will take them directly to the page/post where the image comes from. I hope I am making sense lol
