I would always put some kind of optin-form on my website it could be one like this or another kind. Building your mailing list should be a top priority when building your online business.
You can use curiosity, A Free Report or download which you can create on Google Docs or a PDF, or you can create and give away A Free Video or Training Video.
Which can be your video or someone else's on You Tube, If it on YouTube with an embed form it is in public domain so sharing it on your blog or website page should be fine.
After they give their details in your subscription form you redirect them to a thank you page or a page or post on your blog where the video is posted.

As you know, I am a big fan of your work, and this video demonstrates yet again why this should be so. Thank you very much for the training—not only useful, but quite timely as well, as I have just this week reached the point of wondering, "How do I create a 'Subscribe' button?"
