What Is An Ambassador?

I used to think that the Ambassador rank was unattainable. I would see the top "25" as the untouchable Gods ! =) (best regards to you guys, I have high respect for you and I feel like a baby next to you lol). I was just happy I'd made it to the top 1000... I thought being an ambassador meant knowing e-ve-ry-thing and having been around here for years!

But like Kyle said, anyone can achieve ambassador as long as their are active within the community. And by being active, I am referring to everything I mentioned in the previous page! =). So if you could go from rank 329 123 to rank 2091, you can achieve ambassador. Of course this means that someone will have to leave their rank but that's the "game"! =)

What Happens When You Become An Ambassador?

Nothing! Lol just kidding. That's not true. Well, first of all, great satisfaction that you have worked your way up to the top 25! It feels like crossing the finish line after a looong run =) you're just happy and proud.

Then some things change. More people start to seek you and ask for help. And if you like to help, that's just awesome! It's very gratifying to feel helpful to others!

You also get more visitors on your website because WA members are curious and they see you more easily when you are at the top.

Being an ambassador does not mean you'll have more success than someone who's rank 1078, it just means you're very active on here. As long as you set goals and take action all the time you can earn a living on Wealthy Affiliate without worrying about being at the top of the rankings! ;)

If you want to learn more about the Ambassadorship within WA, you can check out Kyle's complete walk-through. It explains it all way better than I will! =)

Well that's it people, I hope this helps you have a better understanding on how the rankings on Wealthy Affiliate work and why you might want to work your way up!

I wish you all the best

Thanks a lot for dropping by!

Cheers =)

Sarah

Nicely done.Although, it takes a massive amount of time even for one who works from home to manage all the steps. Its best to take baby steps and learn as you go or grow. Regarding ambassadorship that doesn't mean much. If you focus on helping others as you grow and learn good things come to you as go you along.

I have been close, over the years with high rankings but it isn't as important as helping others and yourself become a success. So basically, I am trying to say there must be a balance. If you spend every second on here doing every step you mention how will you ever succeed with your own sites and business? As I have noticed over the years, only a few people at that high level of ambassadorship have made a full time income. Why, because they are too busy watching chat, etc they are getting distracted.

If you have a real online business then you know it takes a lot of time out of your day to perform the duties you need to perform to be a success. So again, make sure you create a logical balance between here on WA and your own endeavors.

You are absolutely right! One must find the right balance between helping others and working on their website.
The 10 steps I mentioned don't take all my time though. I usually do all this in the morning and spend the rest of my day focusing on my website, which allows me to both help others and focus on my own business. And I definitely don't get too much into the chat room lol, because it's too easy to get distracted in there!
Some people will just want to work on their website, which is absolutely fine as well. We all have different goals.
Getting better rankings on here is by no means an obligation or a necessity to earn money, but it can be an asset to your business & allow you to earn more commissions through the WA program.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts!
All the best
