Just like Kyle always says when he talks about writing content that you don't have to wait till it is perfect is true. And that is because it will never be. You will always be getting better and better. You just have to do the best you can now, and know that is good enough at this point.
I look at it like this, if you were to write 100 articles in say 100 days. If you improved just 1% on every article, well by the time number 100 rolls around, you will be writing perfect articles.
I look back at my earlier stuff, whether it is my horse training, my building rustic log furniture, my writing and I ask myself, why did I think that was good? It is because that is the best I had at the time and then I grew and learned more.
Let me give you some real examples in my life. Little Guy, my quarter horse, is the first horse I ever started. Now I did do a good job with him and he is a good horse. I recorded all my training sessions with him, and when I look back I can see where I should have stopped, where maybe I missed something, where I could have asked him better, etc. I take those and apply it to the horses I start now, and they are that much better.
But even them, I can look back 3 years from now and see where I was making mistakes now, that I didn't know, but will in time.
Another example is one I just found out and it is with my writing. I am always getting a little bit better each time with my writing, and I looked just recently on my site and I can see where I can improve on all the pages that I put on there at the start. I see what I can do better now, because I have learned that much more. Don't get me wrong, I did do well with the pages, but I can improve them to get even that much better.
And a year from now I will look back and see what I can improve on again, but I think it is fine now.
