I've taken many of the courses offered by Wealthy Affiliate. I have a blog, use social media, have newsletters that people can join. But what do I do after I've sold to them? How do I get them to keep coming back for more?

First, I chose a consumable product that I already believed in, loved and used regularly, something that potential customers use up and want to come back for more.

Second, I read Start with Why and watched it on TedX.

I learned that companies and sales people are more successful when they explain WHY they are inspired to do what they do before how they do it and what they do. This creates an emotional response that trumps the logical/thought processes people use before deciding to purchase a product.

If you don't like to read, Google Start With Why TedX. It's quite a bit faster at getting to the main points, but uses fewer examples.
