You are asking an organization to committee time and possibly money to a program that might be new to most members. A thorough, efficient presentation will help the decision making process for the organization and will make good use of everyone's time.
- Set a meeting date well in advance.
- Practice your presentation whether its with a mock site or your website.
- Make sure all you equipment is working.
- If possible, set up tabs on your computer so there is no searching for pages.
- Answer questions as you go through the presentation. This is a friendly presentation not a professional pitch.
- Review what has been covered.
- Have the think about a "webmaster" and an assistant.
- Give the group the chance to register with WA reminding them of the free trial.
- If the group does register, set a date to come back to help get the site started.
Inviting non-profits and other groups to take advantage of the WA program can help the group
- tell the community about its work.
- raise funds.
Inviting groups to join WA, can help you
- help others.
- develop referrals.
Not everyone likes to make presentations large or small. If this is something you like to do or are willing to try, telling non-profits about WA is a great thing to do.

That is a good idea I did sell things years ago on my eating disorder site and gave a percentage to the eating disorder association. Both ebay and amazon have ways to contribute to non profits.
