If you are meaning a suggested bid by a search engine (like Google or Bing), then this is the amount they would recommend for you to spend on a particular keyword/phrase to get it featured in their paid results section. It can change over time, depending on what competitors are doing and what the search traffic is like. Hope that helps, Mara.

I fully understand the price list in Google keyword but this training to to help those who don't understand where to compare keywords and to give everyone who doesn't know a better understanding.
Thank you for your concern, I did this training for those who are quite new in websites and SEO.
I am still learning SEO myself but the way keywords are done is an ever changing world.
