Points from 9 to 15: You’re a passive communicator.

You hardly ever offend others, but you usually are being disrespectful with yourself. Expressing and defending your opinion is quite difficult. And you frequently let others pass over you. You view your arguments with less value than the ones from other people. Others sense a bit of insecurity and generally don’t follow your advice.

Points from 16 to 21: You’re an effective communicator.

You have the correct balance. You have mastered the ability of effectively expressing your points of view without causing negative reactions on the people that hear you (even thought they might not agree with everything you say, they still receive you words with respect). You do this very subtly and wisely. But you don’t refrain from expressing pertinent opinions when it’s time to do so. You don’t impose but others hearing the accuracy and boldness of your statements receive your comments and highly appreciate your friendship. People around you feel comfortable coming to you for guidance.

Points from 22 to 27: You’re an aggressive communicator.

People usually are offended after hearing your arguments. You have a higher concept of yourself that what you should have and it makes you impose your opinions showing disrespect toward others. People don’t feel comfortable coming to you for advice.

If I may provide some constructive criticism... read on...

... if not.... then ignore this comment.

I found it very hard to get into this as you have such a long paragraph - I tired immediately and didn't even read further than the 3 word.

Deciding to find out if that was the norm, I moved on to the next page.

The rest of the training is set out much better.

If you want other people to really engage in your training, I suggest you amend the first page introduction so that it is easy to read with short paragraphs.

Regards

Edu

Thanks Henry, there are several tests similar to this on the market that test your management style and personality. It is always worthwhile to take them to see what type of person you are (A, B, or C) or your management style. This was a good one.

"When you start to understand the people in your niche you’ll become successful in that niche. Your goal is to put yourself in the shoes of your audience. This is one of the key factors that enable you to establish a special bound with them."..."But there also may be some general characteristic in your personality that may help you to connect better with people around you. And these features are also valid for better communication with the people in your niche."... This is so true...I like it!
