When we begin our journey here we all come across the portion of the training that gets us thinking about and creating some goals. However, once you get the ball rolling a little bit more it is very important that you take a long hard look at what your goals should be. On top of that, you will want to have a plan of action that will help you to achieve them.

This training is designed to help you figure out what goals are right for you and then help you devise a plan on how to achieve them.

Without any further ado, lets get started...

James this was just excellent! After reading this I am going to modify my goal making! In fact I was in the process of updating my goals and adding some new ones and this is great timing for me. Thanks! Peggy

Excellent post James! You put a lot of hard work into this and it shows.

I'm a big fan of the S.M.A.R.T. method as well when it comes to setting goals and sticking to them. And I like that you included the need to write your goals down, keep them visible, and track them as you complete them. It was also great that you shared your weekly progress report too - especially the version with your hand-written notes. It shows you've been busy. :-)

All the best and keep up the great work!
