If you have placed an ad on your page and it's come up surrounded by a yellow box, you can get rid of it. Its just a matter of adding a code. Here are the simple steps to fixing this issue.

Hi,

My problem is I just see a yellow box instead of my ad. My ads had already been approved and all of a sudden, I started seeing those empty yellow boxes. Supposedly, I had to verify my identity, which I did, but the problem hasn't been solved. Any thoughts?

You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh and try again. Try URL in a different browser or mobile device.

You can also empty servers cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache

I already cleared the cache, and I'm running the latest theme available. It seems it was just a matter of time. My sites are running ads the way they should. Let's hope it stays that way.
