The guy that never says hello, never speaks, and never bothers to address any other human... Fell victim to giving. Was it Christmas that caused this or was it that it is a natural phenomena that happens?

Just using this as an example of course. When we give first we prosper ten fold in many cases. It is why we are meant to serve and why The Bible tells us to sew and reap.

Without sewing we cannot reap. Like farmers we must start by giving the earth or others a small seed or something. And only then can we expect a return and that is the principle of giving and receiving.
