If you want to get more comments on your sites check out some of these plugins:

Just do a search for "Subscribe to Comments" inside your Wordpress plugins tab.
There are a bunch of plugins that once installed let people subscribe to the comments.

Now when people ask a question or just have something to say, they can get an email when you answer the question or reply. This could help keep the conversation going and get you more comments on your site.
