Anyone with a computer knows that the internet is loaded with more information you could ever use. For someone starting an internet business, maintaining focus is imperative. The temptation to surf around, follow links or just browse is enormous and distracting. All the goals and lists in the world won't get your work done if you can't focus.

For some reason, I thought I needed to learn everything out there about internet businesses. I signed up for programs on marketing, list building, article sharing, guest blogging, website building and anythig else that sounded necessary to my success.

Unfortunately, quantity doesn't yield quality. I often fell into the trap sometimes referred to as Kitchen Sink Syndrome. I realized I had to focus and pay attention to one thing until it was done.

No matter where you are with your business, you may struggle with this problem. I have some causes, solutions and benefits of tackling this annoying distraction.

It's very true -- it is so easy to get "side-lined" because of many distractions. Sticking to WA's teachings works best, I think.
