Just use Control Z on your keyboard to go back as far as you need to until your mistake has been corrected.

Ctrl Z

This works on all windows based systems. I do not have my Mac with me so I am not certain that it will work for site content on a Mac system.

I hope this helps others who are using site content and have struggles with similar issues.

Please like and comment if you find this useful - also if you can try this on a Mac and advise.

Update - Control Z does work on a Mac. Thank you to Suzanne for letting us know.

Thank you

Thank you for that time-saving piece of training, and no telling how much time it will save for all of us.

You are very welcome. Thank you for the comment.

I know it will save me time in the future. It could have saved me a lot of time in the past, but better late than never.

Thank you for your comment.

I agree. It seems so simple, but I have missed it for months.
Once I figured it out I needed to share.

Thanks for this training. I didn't know that, either. I, too, type on a keyboard. I use the arrows to go back if I'm not wanting to delete what I've typed. Will try the control Z and see which is easier. Carol

Thank you for the comment.

I have been playing with control z since I found that it works and it seems to work pretty well. Even here on the blog.
I could have saved myself a lot of headaches if I had tried this sooner.

You are welcome and thank you for looking and the comment. - others have said to use control z to go back, but until today I had not tried it inside Site Content.

I am really happy it works as I have wiped out more than a sentence in the past and did not know how to get it back.
Now I do.
