The KISS principle stands for “keep it simple, stupid.” You are not stupid this only means don’t over complicate your words, keep it short and sweet, definitely to the point.

People (including product and service users) generally want things that are simple, meaning easy to learn and use. We are all busy individuals and we want content that is easy to read and absorb. Keep it very real and down to earth.
