3. Mix
Mix, formerly known as StumbleUpon, is a text-based version of Pinterest. Although it's not as visually appealing as Pinterest, Mix works in a similar way to Pinterest's social bookmarking platform to find interesting articles and topics to follow.
Posts are shared with specific tags. This allows people who have similar interests to find them.
Mix isn't as steady as Medium or Quora, but it makes my articles more visible than they would otherwise.
It's impossible to wait for the world to "stumble upon" your blog, especially in the initial years. Mix allows me to reach out to more people and gives me more visibility.
It is an intuitive, fun, and simple platform that can be used to help you with content syndication.
4. Reddit
Reddit is my favorite version of Quora.
It offers all the same features as Quora, but there is minimal censorship. It is easy to flag, or restrict your ability to answer questions on Quora. This could be for reasons like writing an answer shorter than required.
Reddit's content, as well as the community, is what rules. Reddit is easier than Quora for me to find answers and discuss topics.
You must work subreddits in Reddit if you want to reach more people. This may be even more beneficial than Quora depending on the content niche.
Although I must admit that I am a bit lazy to learn all the details of Reddit, this is on my focus list this month.
I haven't made full use of it yet but will start utilizing it more. it is well worth the effort.
