This video is how to find a micro niche using a very worth while piece of software called "Micro Niche Finder" I have used this software personally for over 3 years.
This is "NOT" freeware software you have to pay for it but in the tutorial I have just slightly touched base on what it can do.
The only way you can learn is if you have a slight knowledge of keyword research you will be fine with this if you don't then you can easily pick this up quite quick.

It has a feature on it that is called Get SOC which is normal sense is it searches for the competing pages/sites using the keyword choosen

Using this software I was able to find profitable niches and the domains that supported them which was good for me, but the good thing with this software is it gives a rating weather the keyword is worth going for it gives a difficultly rating on that chosen keyword

I have both. Purchased Micro Niche Finder way before Jaaxy was invented. They are similar but I have found Jaaxy to be a lot more efficient and easy to use. MNF has to be downloaded to your computer but Jaaxy is available where ever you have internet access. Also, MNF uses results from the Google keyword planner. Jaaxy uses results based on several different places. Each gives some information that the other does not. I think that they both are good. I just happen to like Jaaxy better.
