Facebook Business Page - Use the Moderator Feature to Approve Posts and Stop Spam
We all know and understand the power of social media these days. Since I already have a personal Facebook account, after joining WA, I decided to set up a business Facebook page associated with my website.
Recently, I received a Facebook notification that someone had posted something to my business page. Normally that would have been fine, except when I looked at it, there was an unknown and unfamiliar link within the post. Because we must always be careful with unfamiliar links, I wanted to make sure my page was as safe as possible for my visitors.
At that point, I decided I wanted to approve what was being posted to my page. So, I set up a MODERATOR feature.
I will go through setting this feature up as well as the approval of a post. For approval, there are a few steps involved, but to make sure you are providing good information and a nice professional business page for your visitors, it is worth it.
SETTING UP THE MODERATOR FEATURE:
