Good video Ivelina and so true. It reinforces what I learned from my ex, who was an excellent salesman. So many people don't understand the technique and think you have to be a yappy used car saleperson. I hope anyone who wishes to sell anything watches your video. Thanks for posting it here.

I was involved in sales for many years and I always said that 90% of selling is listening.
First to make sure you are selling them the correct product that meets their needs then later to understand objections and be able to answer them and overcome them if they are a problem.
Your video is correct and brought back a lot of memories to me .
