Easy Contact Form with WP-SpamShield

Do you have your email address listed on your website??

In this tutorial, I'll tell you why that's not such a hot idea.

Also, I'll show you how quick and easy it is to use WP-SpamShield's free contact form - the "shortcode" is the key:
