In Mailchimp, before you can import or collect subscribers, You'll need to create a list and configure its default settings.

To create New List, you go to the In the New list or groups? Box,

- Click Create List.

-Fill in the fields provided for the list details

- Navigate list name and campaign default under settings to review the Contact information for this list, if there is need to edit.

- Enter the email address where you’d like to receive notifications about your list.

-Finish creating your list by clicking save. Done.

You can make as many lists as you want from here but better to create one master list.
