PowerPoint 2013 and PowerPoint 2016 can save your slides as an MPEG-4 video file (.mp4) or a .wmv file. Both formats are widely supported and can be streamed over the internet. In my final video I used wmv file.

  • You can control the size of the multimedia file and the quality of your video.

  • You can include animations and transitions in your powerPoint.

  • Once you have saved it as video file .mp4 or a .wmv file.your viewers do not need to have PowerPoint installed on their computers to watch your video.

  • You can upload your video onto Youtube. This is a nice way to attract people to your website or directly to WA.

Open up your PowerPoint

Click on insert and picture

Next: Insert your pictures into slides, as indicated above.

I like to do Powerpoint for hymns since it can be viewed by the audience without needing a Powerpoint installation.

You are so right Michael. We normally take the little things for granted.
