When you’re at the video on YouTube below the video beside the thumbs up and thumbs down icons you'll see another icon to the left - click on that and a dropdown will appear and now click on Advanced Embed – here’s a link to a screen shot

A popup will appear and there you can change the player size of the video including custom sizing. Make your adjustments and then copy the new embed code. Below is a link to a screen shot for that
