In this short video I show you how you can create a page which holds specific posts within a specific category. And then have a link within your menu to go to this page.

Enjoy

Great instructional video. I was pondering on how I could place post categories in the main menu but as you showed us it's pretty easy.

Thanks for this, Leo. Quick question just to make sure I'm understanding something I had asked WA previously. If I want to change the Menu on my site (it's over a year old) can I create new categories, assign each post to them, and then make a new menu? I want to simplify the look. Will I then have to update my sitemap or will it be done automatically? Thanks in advance.

Yes you can create new categories and assign posts to each. And then create your new menu.

As for your sitemap it depends on what you are using for your site map generator. Most from what I understand do update automatically.

For example I use the Google XML Sitemaps plugin - it automatically updates the sitemap when I make changes and then notifies Google and Bing.

Thanks, Leo. I use the Google XML Sitemap as well so will go ahead and work on my updates. Time to get my Boot Camp site back on track.
