In the last training I offered, I showed you how to create a custom sidebar template with the Visual Composer plug in so that you can change the sidebar with each post. This allows you to test the placement of links or change your sidebar content for each post.

You may not want to do that. You may want a sidebar for a specific category and not mess around with it quite so often. That's where the Jupiter theme's custom side bars come in.

For instance, on my homeschool website, I talk about dyslexia, family movie nights, curriculum, etc. I can deliver custom side bars that are more useful than a site-wide side bar.

In the video, I incorrectly referenced Visual Composer. The plug in does nothing to help you create the custom sidebars I walk you through. It's solely the Jupiter theme.

Do you have a theme that offers the ability to make custom sidebars? If so, I'm sure our fellow Wealthy Affiliates would love to find out about other themes that have this feature.

If you have Jupiter theme, post your comments and questions below. I'll be more than happy to assist you.

Wishing you the best in your niche!

PS, if your theme came with Visual Composer or you want to view my last training, you can find it here:
