Hello my Dear WA Friends
This is my first attempt at sharing a screen video. I'm sure you are all thrilled at being chosen as the guinea pigs!!
I have to say that clicking the 'publish' button isn't go to be easy but I shall do it! (Of course by the time you read this I would have already published!)
I would love some feedback about the video and about the content please. I need to know what needs improving so please no 'great training' comments however well meaning and lovely they are.
Okay, grab your coffee, ice cream pop corn, sit back and...er...tolerate.

Clever intro. I happen to have a fresh, from the oven, muffin that my wife just presented to me. So, I guess I'm a guinea pig on two fronts.
She loves to bake and is very crative with recipes.
Bravo, the video. Very well done and presented. I must admit, I have a hearing issue and with earbuds to hear your presentation with and your (brogue) (don't know why, but wasn't expecting that) I wasn't able to hear as well as I would have liked. We American's with hearing problems, or not, find it diffilcult to understand your beautiful speech. Where do you hale from?
You are way ahead of me with video making. I hope to get there soon.

I knew about the Support feature, but I have not ever submitted a Support ticket. Most of the problems I have had have not been subjects for Support.
One time I went on Chat with and issue and Kyle was there to help immediately.
One issue that I have had in the past and happened again yesterday is, "What happens if you have an issue and can't get on WA?"
I have contacted my friends on WA via email to see if they were having the same problem. But, I still don't know how to get help if WA is down or I can't get on.
Any suggestions?

I have my sites bookmarked on my computer so I don't always have to come into WA. I can get sidetracked soooo easily:)

For example the other day I'm getting email notifications of posts in WA, but I can't get on WA to reply.
Obviously I'm having a problem, but others aren't.
How would you go about getting help with that?

Well, not to be cliche but you did do a great job on this.
Maybe make the screen bigger is all I can really suggest. :)
